Community Donation Request

At Sammy T’s, we’re proud to support the Fredericksburg community and the organizations working to make it stronger.

Because we receive many donation requests, we can only consider requests from organizations located within ZIP code 22401. All requests are subject to review and availability.

What We Donate

Approved donations consist of a certificate for:

One complimentary medium Sammy’s Deep Dish Pizza with up to two toppings and four nonalcoholic drinks.

Certificates are valid for dine-in only, Sunday through Thursday.

How to Apply

Please email sammy@yahoo.com with the subject line “Donation Request – [Organization Name] – [Event Date]” and include:

• Your name and contact information

• Organization name and address, including ZIP code

• Event name and a brief description of the cause it supports

• Event date and flyer

• How the donation will be used, such as a raffle, silent auction, or fundraiser​

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If approved, we’ll contact you to arrange the donation.
